Using the marketplace
Gun Badger provides classified advertising and private messaging for non-weapon outdoor equipment. You must be 18 or older to create an account and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure. Use our contact form if you need help.
Listings and sales
Private and business listings are currently free. You are responsible for your listing, your right to sell the item and compliance with applicable laws and our listing rules. Buyers and sellers agree on price, payment and domestic delivery directly. Gun Badger does not take payment for equipment, inspect items, act as an escrow provider or guarantee a transaction.
Business sellers and advertising
Businesses must identify themselves correctly and comply with applicable consumer obligations. Advertising placements require a separate agreement on pricing and scope before publication. We will not charge you simply for submitting an enquiry.
Content and conduct
You retain rights to your content and allow us to host and display it to operate the service. Do not post prohibited goods, misleading descriptions, stolen images, abusive messages or spam. Do not misuse accounts, scrape private data or interfere with the service.
Moderation and availability
Listings are reviewed before publication. We may remove content or restrict access for abuse, breaches of the rules or security reasons. Contact us to request a review. Availability can be affected by maintenance or outages. Save important transaction records independently.
Problems and rights
Raise item or delivery problems with the seller and your payment provider. Report misuse to us through the listing or conversation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Closing your account
You may remove your listings and contact us to request account closure. See our privacy policy for how data requests and retention are handled. Last updated 6 September 2026.
